Project details

Bulk excavation to the rear of an existing property (3.5m in depth) to construct a new basement level floor consisting of a new RC structural retaining wall constructed in a hit and miss sequence including temporary works and waterproofing.

All excavated material was used to cut and fill the existing sloping garden and new retaining walls were constructed to retain the ground at each level.

Works also included the demolition of an existing structure and enabling works to allow plant to access the rear of the property.
